The last two weeks have been a struggle for the Hinds Community College baseball team, to say the least. The Eagles are now 10-10 overall after starting off the season with an 8-2 record.

Trell Kimmons of Coldwater, a former Hinds Community College men's track standout, competed in the 2010 International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Indoor World Championships in Doha, Qatar over the weekend, and came away with an outstanding showing.

Hinds swept Mississippi Delta Community College, 13-10 and 9-5, on Saturday, and split a doubleheader with Baton Rouge Community College on Thursday, Feb. 25.
