Our Mission
The mission of the Hinds Community College Foundation is to build relationships between the college, its donors, and the communities it serves; support educational access for students through the provision of scholarships; recognize and support college employees, departments, and student organizations; and promote cultural activities that enrich both the college and the community. To this end, The AAC will strengthen participation in alumni and College initiatives, coordinate and provide a unified voice for all alumni in the College's affairs, thus promoting a strong sense of belonging within our community.
Our Vision
Hinds Community College will be a catalyst to create a competitive economy and a compelling culture for Mississippi. To assist Hinds, the AAC will serve as a vital conduit and network that advances Hinds Community College through Hinds Athletics by cultivating passion and pride and deepens alumni engagement and loyalty through meaningful alumni activities and interactions.
