Ernie Rogers serves as the Assistant Golf Coach for Hinds Community College.
Rogers, a Florence native and graduate of Florence High School, was a two-year starter for the Eagles in 1997 and 1998. He was nominated as most improved player in his freshman year and MVP his sophomore year.
Rogers, who is the Head Golf professional at Eagle Ridge, received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing/Professional Golf Management from Mississippi State University in 2002.Â
He has a vast amount of professional experience, serving as the Assistant golf professional  at Tournament Players Clubs (TPC) Southwind in Memphis, Tenn., TPC Michigan and TPC Las Vegas.Â
