Hillary Staten serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Hinds Community College, primarily working with the men’s and women’s soccer teams while also assisting with coverage across all sports.
Hillary earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi in 2017, followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2020. She returned to Ole Miss in 2022 to pursue a Master of Science in Athletic Training, graduating in May 2024. During her time in the program, she gained hands-on experience with the football, soccer, and softball teams and was awarded the Leroy Mullins Master of Science in Athletic Training Scholarship in recognition of her integrity, advocacy, and GRIT.
Before joining Hinds, Hillary worked at Mississippi College, where she covered the football, men’s and women’s tennis, and track & field teams. She brings a well-rounded background in both physical therapy and athletic training, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to student-athletes. Hillary is passionate about helping athletes perform at their best and return safely to play, combining her clinical knowledge with a strong commitment to individualized care.
