Taylon Smith (Vicksburg) also had a productive night on the offensive end after contributing 14 points This was Smith's second straight double-digit scoring effort after his 16 point game against Delgado.
Two more Bulldogs finished the game in double digit scoring. That includes Morgan Green (Greenville) with 11 points and Isaiah Daniel (Compton, CA) with 10 points.
The Bulldogs got some stellar play down-low as Edarious Williams (Coffeeville) scored eight points and swatted away multiple shots. Williams converted an alley-oop dunk that virtually put the game on ice.
"It's a long season and we still have much more to work on," said Nevol. "If we can stick together like today, we will keep getting better."
