Head coach
Jonathan Nevol was excited about the win.
"It was a great, full-team effort tonight," Nevol said. "Jalen (Myers) played lights out. We tried to keep their two best players in check the whole night and Kyle (Hayman) and Esco did that. I'm especially excited for Deandre (Buggage) and Esco! They are the smallest guys on the court and they made the clutch plays at the end to help us win. Treylan (Smith) also made some big shots for us. Brodrick (Thompson Jr.) came off the bench with all the right energy to impact the game. I can't be prouder of them. Big win!"
The Bulldogs are back in action this Thurdsay when they head to Moorhead to take on Mississippi Delta Community College. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
