RAYMOND, Miss. - With the 2025 football season fast approaching, excitement is building in Raymond, as the Hinds Community College Football team and First-year Head Coach Chris Jones, prepare to launch the 2025 campaign. Under the lights, the Eagles will face a tough nine-game schedule filled with rivalry clashes, playoff implications, and chances to prove themselves. 

The journey begins on Thursday, August 28, when Hinds travels to Fulton to take on Itawamba Community College at 7 p.m. It's a crucial opening test that will set the tone for the rest of the season. Just a week later, Hinds hits the road again—this time heading to Scooba on September 4 to face East Mississippi Community College.

After two away games, the Eagles return to the friendly confines of Gene Murphy Field at Joe Renfroe Stadium on September 11 for their highly anticipated home opener against Copiah Lincoln Community College and we will honor our Military and First Responders during the contest. Hinds stays home on September 18 to host Mississippi Delta Community College, aiming to defend the home turf in back-to-back games.

Another road stretch will begin again on September 25, when Hinds travels to Decatur to meet East Central Community College. After a short break, they resume action on October 9 with another tough away game against Jones College in Ellisville.

Home fans will return to the stadium on October 16, when Hinds welcomes Southwest Mississippi Community College. The final road trip takes the Eagles to Poplarville on October 23, where they'll face Pearl River Community College. The regular season concludes on October 30, as Hinds hosts Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Every Thursday night will bring new battles, but Hinds is ready. With a blend of returning talent, fresh recruits, and a coaching staff focused on staying smart, tough, and discipline, Hinds will look to rise in 2025.
