COLLEGE: Spent the 2015 season with the Hinds Community College Eagles under head coach Sam Temple… Compiled a .327 batting average, 10 RBI, .449 on base percentage and .364 slugging percentage as a freshman… Named to the 2016 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Top Returning Players list… Played summer baseball for the Derby Twins in the Jayhawk League (Kan.), where he had four home runs, one double and one triple… Committed to the University of Memphis following the fall 2015 semester… Named to Phi Theta Kappa, the national two-year honor society, and to Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges for his work in the classroom

HIGH SCHOOL:  Prepped at Madison Central High School under Chad Davis and Brian Rea… Three-year letterman as a standout infielder for the Jags… Two-time Under Armour High School Preseason All-American in 2013 and 2014… Named to The Clarion-Ledger Preseason Top 20 Underclassmen to Watch in 2013 and to the Preseason Dandy Dozen Honorable Mention list prior to his senior season in 2014… All-District selection after his junior season… Also lettered in football at MCHS… High school teammate of current Hinds teammate Ford Axtell
