COLLEGE: Produced as a true two-way player as a freshman. Hit .312 with 14 doubles (T-1st on team), one homerun, 27 RBIs, and 11 stolen bases. On the mound accumulated 23.1 innings pitched with 3-2 overall record in five starts wins. Committed to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered 4 years under Brian Hardy at Germantown High School where he was named 1st Team All-District three times, 2nd Team 5A All-State once, and 1st Team 5A All-State twice. Was also selected to play in D.M. Howie All-Star Game as well as the State Games of Mississippi. Participated in the Junior Sunbelt Classic in Oklahoma as a part of Team Mississippi. Finished his career with a .385 batting average, 23 doubles, one homer, and 64 RBI’s. Had a career pitching record of 14-7 with a 2.20 ERA, 165 strikeouts, 2 saves, and 118.2 innings pitched while at Germantown.

PERSONAL: Graduated from Germantown with a 4.0 GPA and was a member of the Beta Club as well as the National Honor Society. Son of Christian and Leslie Carter. Majoring in Pre-Medical studies.
