Biography

COLLEGE: Recorded a .368 batting average in 47 games as a freshman with an on base percentage of .487. Hit 9 doubles and one homerun while stealing 8 bases in 2018. Member of Hinds honors program and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society in 2018.
HIGH SCHOOL: While playing under Les Kelly at Raymond, he collected 1st team all-district honors 4 times, was selected as an all-star in the 3A/4A North vs. South All-Star game, participated on the runner-up team in the State Games of Mississippi and was selected as an All-Star during the tournament. He also graduated with high honors finishing 4th in his graduating class with a 4.12 GPA.
PERSONAL: Graduated from Raymond High School in 2017. The son of Chevalier and Shannon Dorris. Majoring in Biology.
