HIGH SCHOOL: Ran for Allen Whitaker at Ruston (La.) High School… Finished second in the Louisiana High School Activities Association (LHSAA) 60-meter dash as a senior with a time of 6.92 seconds after setting the Carl Maddox Field House high school record with a 6.83 in the preliminaries… Also had a finish of 10.55 seconds in the 100-meter dash in his final year… Also competed in basketball and football
