Men's tennis hosts Co-Lin on Tuesday

The Hinds Community College men's tennis team returns to action today when the Eagles host the Wolves of Co-Lin Community College at 2 p.m. on the Raymond Campus.

Hinds recently fell to Northwest Community College, 5-4, on Friday, March 18 to fall to 4-6 on the season.

The Eagles also picked up a 5-4 victory over Holmes Community College on Tuesday, March 15.

The individual results vs. Northwest on March 18 are as follows:
#1 Singles – Daniel Yepez – W, 6-0 & 6-0
#2 Singles – Daniel Luck – L, 6-3 & 6-0
#3 Singles – Matthew Burks – L, 6-0 & 6-1
#4 Singles – Landon Young– L, 6-2 & 6-2
#5 Singles – Ryan Wheeless – W, 6-7 (5-7), 6-0, (10-6)
#6 Singles – Victor Villarreal – L, 7-6 (7-5) & 6-4

#1 Doubles –Burks/Yepez – W, 8-1
#2 Doubles –Hayden Hendon/Young – L, 8-1
#3 Doubles –Wheeless/Villarreal – W, 8-3
