JACKSON, Miss. – The Hinds Community College Track & Field team picked up nine first place victories in the outdoor season opener at the Belhaven Invitational on the campus of Belhaven University. 

Head Track & Field Coach Reginald Dillon stated, "It was great to kick off the outdoor season at Belhaven University with perfect weather and strong performances. I'm grateful for the families and friends who came out to support our student-athletes. Our 400m runners showed up, the women's 4x100m relay had a fantastic race, and Pierce is finding her rhythm in the high jump. Excited for what's ahead at the Southern Miss Invite on March 29th!"
