RAYMOND – Fourteen Hinds Community College Eagle football players have been recognized by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) for their performances on the gridiron in the 2022 season.
 
Offense
 
Offensive lineman Chris Winston (Vicksburg) was the only Eagle offensive player that received a First Team All-Conference honor. Sophomore running back Jeffrey Pittman (Taylorsville), offensive lineman Jonquez Roby (West Point), Deontez White (Camden) and Carsson DeYoung (Clinton) were all named Second Team All-Conference.
 
Sophomore running back Jamarian Samuels (Ocala, Fla.) was also received an honorable mention honor.
 
Defense
 
Sophomore defensive linemen Derick Hunter (Fort Myers, Fla.) and Jaylan Ware (Starkville) were the lone players on the defensive side of the ball that were named First Team All-Conference. Ty'Verius Nichols (Starkville) and Stemarion Edwards (Hollendale) were both named Second Team All-Conference.
 
Defensive linemen Reginald Shepherd (Sebastopol) and Da'Vonta Jackson (Greensboro) also received an honorable mention for their performance during the 2022 season.
 
Special Teams
 
Sophomore punter Ben Duncan (Florence) was named First Team All-Conference as a punter for his ability to flip the field in 2022. Duncan also received an honorable mention honor as a kicker from the conference.
 
Freshman running back Jerrell Boyd (Lexington) was also named First Team All-Conference as a kick returner.
