RAYMOND – Hinds Community College eSports claimed four National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Academic All-Americans for fall of 2021. Students that qualified had to have at least a 3.5 fall semester GPA.
 
Head coach Tiki Broome is proud of his team's dedication inside and outside the arena.
 
"We are very proud of all four of these young men," Broome said. "They not only worked hard in the arena at their game but they managed to keep their grades up to be able to be honored nationally."
 
Below is the full list of eSport Academic All-Americans.
 
- Josef Rutledge - Fornite and Call of Duty, Presidents List and has a 4.0 GPA
- Trevor Rouse - Rocket League, Presidents List with 4.0 GPA and in Phi Theta Kappa
- Garrett Hopkins -  Rocket League, Dean's List and has a 3.8 GPA
- Kendarious Morris - Call of Duty, Presidents List and has a 4.0 GPA
