RAYMOND – Hinds Community College women's soccer is looking to bounce back after dropping their last two conference matchups to Co-Lin and Holmes when they head to Senatobia to take on Northwest Tuesday afternoon.
The Lady Eagles started off conference play on a positive note when they drew with Gulf Coast on the road 2-2 after the match went to two periods of extra time.
Ana Santos (Brazil) was the star of the show after scoring two goals to tie the match in the dying minutes.
Santos continued her tear in the next match against Co-Lin where she scored twice on penalty kicks. The Lady Eagles would eventually fall 3-2 on the road in Wesson.

Ninth-ranked Northwest is sitting at 5-1-1 overall and 1-1-1 in conference, including a tie with seventeenth-ranked East Central and a win over sixteenth-ranked Pearl River.
