Kadin Adcox Named Head Cheer Coach for the Raymond Campus

RAYMOND, Miss. – Hinds Athletics is proud to announce the hiring of Kadin Adcox as the New Head Cheer Coach for the Raymond campus.

Adcox is currently in her seventh year as a Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) Head Instructor and was a Graduate Assistant Coach for Mississippi State Spirit Squads (All-Girl & Co-Ed) before accepting the Head Cheer Position at Hinds Community College.

During her time at MSU, she earned a spot on the All-Girl Cheerleading squad from 2020-2022. Before her time at Mississippi State, she went to Pearl River Community College where she competed as a cheerleader and was named Cheerleader of the Year in 2020. Additionally, she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and was a President's Scholar.

"I plan to bring my years of cheerleading experience to this program. Most importantly, I will lead my student-athletes to success in their academic studies and future careers," said Adcox.

Outside of cheerleading, Kadin holds a master's degree in business administration from Mississippi State University.
