Box Score SCOOBA, Miss. – The Hinds Community College women's soccer team picked up a 3-0 win over East Mississippi Community College on Tuesday in the season finale.
Anna-Marie Harrington picked up her first goal of the season off to give the Lady Eagles the 1-0 advantage over the Lady Lions. The home team had an opportunity to score just before the halftime break, but failed at the attempt. The Lady Eagles had the 1-0 lead at the halftime break.
Jennifer Batista scored the next goal to put the Lady Eagles up 2-0 early in the second half.
Chenoa Dillon picked up the final goal for Hinds as the Lady Eagles ended the season with a 3-0 shutout win.
Ana Camila Hernandez Lopez played all 90 minutes in goal for the Lady Eagles and posted six saves in the contest.
The Lady Eagles finished the season with a 2-13 record overall and won one conference game.
Ana Santos led the team with three goals scored and picked up seven points, while
Melisa Chow Jurado and
D'Angel Keller totaled two goals on the season.
