MERIDIAN, Miss. – The Hinds Community College Golf team finished their final tournament of the regular season at the Lou Hart Invitational. As a team, the Eagles finished in 6^th place overall. 

Stephen Faucheaux led the Eagles in the invitational, shooting an 73 in the opening round and finished the tournament 8 over par. Christopher Cain shot 8 over in round one and concluded the invitational 12 over par. 

Connor Shurden shot 13 over par for the tournament, while Trevor Antley finished right behind Shurden at 32^nd overall. Hank Vickers competed as an independent and shot 17 over par, while Daniel Stringer concluded the scoring for Hinds shooting +20 over the two rounds. 

Hinds will return to the links on April 7-8 for the MACCC Championship at Shiloh Ridge in Corinth.
