CORINTH, Miss. – The Hinds Community College Golf team finished eighth in the MACCC Men's Golf Championship during the two-day tournament at Shiloh Ridge. 

Stephen Faucheaux led the Eagles with a score of 79-77 (+12) in the MACCC Championship. Additionally, he was a member of the 1st Team All-Conference team. Christopher Cain also shot a 79 in round one and shot an 80 in round two of the Championship. 

Trevor Antley finished the MACCC Championship with a score of +23, while Hank Vickers rounded out the scoring for Hinds and had one more stroke than Antley. Connor Shurden also competed in the 36 holes tournament and shot +35.

Faucheaux and Cain will now turn their attention to the Region 23 Gulf District Championship in Tunica on April 21-22 at Tunica National.
