JACKSON, Miss. – The Hinds Community College Men's Soccer team saw four players named to the All-MACC Men's Soccer team following a breakout 2024 season.
Cody Barnett – First Team
Barnett, a freshman striker from Clinton, was named to the All-MACCC First team in his first collegiate season. In 18 matches this season, Barnett finished with 18 goals, which was 11
th in the nation. Additionally, he was 7
thin the NJCAA in game-winning goals (5) and 12
th in the NJCAA with 41 points.
Elliot Duffy – Second Team
Duffy, a freshman goalkeeper from Bedford, England, was named to the All-MACCC Second team following his performance in goal for the Eagles this season. Elliot started in 17 matches this season for Hinds and recorded seven clean sheets in goal. A couple of shutouts worth noting are 3-0 vs #6 MGCCC and 0-0 draw against #9 Jones. His record this season in goal was 12-2.
Ryan McQueen – Second Team
Ryan McQueen, a sophomore from Croydon, UK, was named to the ALL-MACCC Second team in his second season with the Eagles. McQueen was dominant on the back line for Hinds this season. Ryan played in all 19 matches this season and made himself known as the centerpiece on the backline. Ryan finished the season with five goals and one assist during the 2024 season.
Frederik Levinsen – Second Team
Frederik Levinsen, a freshman midfielder from Copenhagen, Denmark, was named to the All-MACCC Second team in his inaugural collegiate season. Levinsen finished the 2024 season with six goals, six assists, and tallied 18 points for this season. Additionally, he score two game-winning goals for the Eagles.
