MERIDIAN, Miss. – The Hinds Community College Golf team finished seventh overall in the Lou Hart Invitational in Meridian. This was the final MACCC Event before the MACCC Championship.
The Eagles finished the first round in eighth place but gained one spot back after a strong round two (+13).
James Lambert led the Eagles T-12 with a +5 for the tournament.
Jordan Jefferies played as an individual and cared a final score of +8.
Taylor Coleman,
Hartley Sullivan, and
Harry Lockwood finished the tournament with T-37 with a final score of +15. Rounding out the scoring for the Eagles was
Josh Pope with a final score of +18 in the two-day tournament.
The Eagles will return to action on April 8-9 for the MACCC Championship in Tunica, MS at the Tunica National Golf Club.
